Agility/Sports Group Classes

Adult/Youth Group Classes


Motivate your self by working with others.  Join a group class challenge your self to better your body. Only $45 per student per hour.  Minimum 2 students per class.

Personal Training


Get the One on one training that will help you achieve your goals.  Only $50 per hour.  Based on availability.

Evaluations and Online Exercise Plans


Get a week by week work out plan that will help you work toward your goals, on your time.  You will receive a professional evaluation, along with a 4 week or 8 week online exercise plan. Only $100 for 4 weeks or $150 for 8 weeks.
